Upon booking, I will send you my Client Deep Dive Questionnaire and Welcome Pack that includes the Define Your Demographic and Speak to Your Customer Workbook. This is essential in helping me formulate the outline of your day and working out what is important to you and what is critical to the growth and success of your business.

How does this work?

We’ll begin by outlining a plan of action as well as some key ideas based on your Client Deep Dive Questionnaire.

From looking at where your business is currently including your website, Google Analytics and social media, I will then give my unbiased and candid opinion.

We’ll look at the customer journey through your website and work our way through all your content offerings including your social media channels.

01. Brainstorming ideas

Once we’ve assessed your current position, we’ll take screenshots to reflect on how far you’ve come before moving on to brainstorming how to move your marketing forward and get the results you deserve.

02. Time for reflection

Throughout the day we’ll have endless refreshments whilst we bounce ideas around, before consolidating the day into some key action points for you to go away with, including my spreadsheet of 101 Instagram Caption prompts, a 90-day Strategy Planner and my Product Positioning worksheet.

03. Plan of action

You’ll leave feeling confident, motivated and ready to move your business forward. The beauty of a one-day session is it’s just you and me and everything is bespoke to your business. 

04. Bespoke to you

Support doesn’t stop after our day together, for the four weeks that follow, you’ll have unlimited email support – no question is too trivial. I will continue to monitor your business so expect me to follow you on Instagram, sign up to your mailing list and read your blog.

After our day together

I don’t ‘do’ for you, I teach and give you all the support and tools you need to do it and do it well. I only work with a handful of clients each year and spaces are booked up well in advance. From our initial call, the wait time can be up to eight weeks before we sit down face to face.
